We help extend a client’s team or business by recruiting staff who then works remotely for the client in our Philippine office to perform the roles required. The staff are working full-time for the client for 40 hrs per week / 160 hrs per month.

As long as it can be done remotely, the possibilities are endless. From Accounting, Digital Marketing (Web Developers Graphic Designers etc), Admin Support (EA's, Appointment Setters), IT Programmers and App Developers.

The time it takes to build a team varies depending on requirements. A team can be up and running in as little as 7 - 10 days but typically it takes 14-30 days.

The client manages the day-to-day work of the staff. We manage HR, Payroll Facilities and IT services, so you won’t have to.

To add to your team, just send us a  notification of your intention, and our sales/recruitment team will start the process of sending you candidates as soon as we know your requirements. Simply choose your new staff member and select a suitable start date.


Reducing the size of your team is possible, as long as you give the 30-day notice to disengage the staff member.

Staff will be stationed in our establishment. Our clients have several options such as partitioned desk, open desk and exclusive business suite.

Our office environment is fully equipped with meeting, training & conferencing rooms for our clients to conduct onsite and online training to their team members.

With top of the line broadband connections along with redundancies across multiple service providers. Our premises have a backup generator in case of power interruptions with all computer equipment supported by UPS units.

As we are located in the Philippines, we are bound to comply and observe the Philippine Data Privacy Act (DPA) which is closely patterned after the European Union’s General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).


We work to the level of security that you require. Our IT guys can discuss and agree with your required set-up. Our premises are fully CCTV covered. The data is on your system, not ours. We place high importance on data security. No staff can print any documentation without client or Remote Control's management's approval.

Other software can be installed by request and at cost.

You can configure your staff’s PCs to your exact needs. Windows 10 or 7 is the default OS for standard systems since we have found it both powerful and reliable. However, we understand that you may have specific OS requirements for your business software. (Miscellaneous like phone system / additional computer specs are all available with no mark-up).



One of the benefits of outsourcing in the Philippines is the low labour cost and affordable standard of living. The client is only paying monthly for Staff Salary, the Management Service Fee which covers networking, power, facilities management, and technical support among others, & the Incidental Fee which covers staff benefits and retention programs. A One-time Recruitment & Induction fee is to cover the recruitment process and onboarding of staff. Even if after adding all these fees together, it could still save you up to 70% of all labour and operational cost.

We believe in our services. So, there's no fixed-term contract. We’re not here for short term success, we’re here to establish consistent and long-term growth. However, if you wish to end your operations with us, according to the terms of our agreement, a 30-day notice must be given to allow the staff enough time to look for other opportunities.

Once your account is settled upon disengagement, the 1-month security deposit will be 100% refunded.


We operate 24/7 every day of the year, so the staff will follow the client's timezone and public holidays.
