Customer Campaign Specialist

Responsible for the delivery of data driven customer campaigns and nurturing programs to drive customer growth and lifetime value and increase conversions

• Perform end-to-end management of customer campaigns and programs for customer acquisition through digital channels and platforms
o Ensures that relevant teams receive the campaign briefs before launching campaign implementation plan (i.e. IMC, Creative Agencies, 
PR strategy, Internal creatives, Operations teams, etc.)
o Leads development of communication and channel strategy, with either the support of creatives agencies or support of internal IMC Team
o Ensures solid project management and problem solving as needed to ensure a timely campaign target launch is achieved
o Consolidates all directions, feedback, and approvals from the different business units to ensure success during the campaign period
o Secures approval of business unit and cross-functional teams to ensure timely launch of campaigns
o Ensures the timely submission of campaign closing reports after the end of each project
o Drives the development of the report with media agency to gather insights during the campaign
o Ensures learnings and recommendations are consolidated and clear to ensure all stakeholders can assess campaign results
• Responsible for ensuring rollout of campaigns to distribution through robust leads management, lead nurturing and tools reinforcement
• Drive agency engagement strategy and monitor performance results
• Create and execute marketing strategies and initiatives to drive; increase traffic / access, leads generation, conversion rates, create deeper engagement, revenue and profitability leveraging on analytical insights on agency and customers
• Serve as an expert on digital marketing platforms and tools, monitor trends in digital marketing best practices, tools applications, channels, and technologies to improve sales performance and agency digital leads generation experience.
• Provide support to the team on all aspects on digital content creation, leads generation, nurturing, and eCommerce; effectively manage vendors and all 
assigned projects.
• Work closely with Marketing, Digital, ECM and RIC for Customer Acquisition Campaigns and Projects and Collaborate with relevant stakeholders on 
creation/designing performance dashboard

Work Experience:
• Minimum 4 years of experience working in Brand Marketing, Advertising Agency, and/or Digital Media Agency

Level of Knowledge:
• Knowledge of Insurance Industry will be an advantage
• Expert in project management and problem-solving
• Expert knowledge in communications strategy and creative content development
• Working knowledge of target market insighting and research
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ability to quickly learn internal software
• Ability to work with large datasets and with strong mathematical and analytical skills. Able to gather insights and create strategies based on data gathered
• Ability to convey sense of ownership and urgency with the projects assigned
