Digital Experience Consultant

Our DX consultants aim to lead the client’s business to success by continuous and continuous
project promotion as an account leader, not a single project.
We deepen our understanding of management and the industry, arrange members with diverse
skills within the company, and lead the direction of change that the client should promote.
In addition to the launch of the project, we will accompany the continuous improvement of the
business and services after the launch and the products involved in the development and support
the client’s DX implementation.
We have a wealth of experience in developing over 2,200 projects. You can be involved in
projects that utilize a wide range of services and technologies such as Maas/ Fin Tech/ IoT/
AI/VR.
Job Summary:
We will lead the client business to success through support for DX conversion in a mediumto long-term relationship with the client. Many of our contracts are medium- to long-term,
and we also jointly set KPIs/KGIs and support the growth of project teams and organizations
with our clients.
We are looking for DX consultants who can take the lead in promoting the above projects.
・Proposing DX solutions for corporations (proposing new plans and services)
・Preparation proposal ・Customer negotiation, adjustment work
・Project management until delivery
・Project balance management
Job Requirements:
Those who have any of the following experience and skills.
• Practical experience at a consulting firm, especially those with more than 3 years of
experience in the following projects
o New business development, new service / product development, UX design
o Business reforms such as marketing and sales
o Concept development/planning of business system introduction, requirements
definition, PMO experience
• At least 3 years of practical experience at an SIer/development company, etc. ・
Experience in upstream processes such as concept formulation/planning, requirement
definition, etc.
• Development project management experience
• At least 3 years of work experience at an operating company, etc.
o Planning and reform promotion in marketing and sales
o Experience in new business development and Pd.M.
